These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in New York County, New York. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
