Relationships and Services
What investment services and advice can you provide me?
TradeWeft Advisory LLC is an investment adviser registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. We offer investment advisory services to retail investors, including:
- Investment Management: We provide discretionary portfolio management services, meaning we make investment decisions for your account based on your stated objectives and risk tolerance without requiring your prior approval for each transaction.
- Financial Planning: We offer comprehensive financial planning services covering retirement planning, tax-efficient investing, estate planning coordination, and education funding strategies.
- Wealth Management: For clients with more complex needs, we provide integrated wealth management that coordinates investment strategy with tax, estate, and philanthropic planning.
We do not limit our recommendations to a specific menu of products or a limited set of investments. We provide ongoing monitoring of your account and will contact you at least annually to review your situation and objectives.

Fees, Costs, Conflicts, and Standard of Conduct
What fees will I pay?
We charge an asset-based fee calculated as a percentage of the assets we manage for you. Our standard annual fee schedule is tiered based on account size:
- 1.00% on the first $1,000,000
- 0.75% on the next $4,000,000
- 0.50% on the next $5,000,000
- 0.35% on assets above $10,000,000
Fees are billed quarterly in advance based on the market value of your account at the beginning of the quarter. The more assets in your account, the more you will pay in fees. We do not charge performance-based fees.
You will also pay certain third-party costs that are not part of our advisory fee, including:
- Custodial fees charged by the qualified custodian holding your assets
- Transaction costs, commissions, and other brokerage charges
- Internal expenses of mutual funds and exchange-traded funds
- Tax preparation or legal fees for additional services
You will pay these costs whether you make or lose money on your investments. These costs will reduce any amount of money you make over time. Please see our Form ADV Part 2A, Item 5 for more detail.
Help me understand how these fees and costs might affect my investments.
The following example illustrates the cumulative effect of fees and costs on the value of a hypothetical investment:
- If you invested $100,000 over 10 years and earned an average annual return of 4% before fees, you would have approximately $148,000.
- After paying our advisory fee of 1.00% and estimated third-party costs of 0.25%, your net annual return would be 2.75%.
- At this net return, your $100,000 investment would grow to approximately $131,000 over 10 years.
- The total fees and costs over 10 years would reduce your ending balance by approximately $17,000.
What are your legal obligations to me when acting as my investment adviser? How else does your firm make money and what conflicts of interest do you have?
When we act as your investment adviser, we have a fiduciary duty to act in your best interest. This means we must put your interests before our own. We must provide you with full and fair disclosure of all material facts, including all conflicts of interest.
Conflicts of Interest:
- Because we charge an asset-based fee, we have an incentive to encourage you to increase the assets we manage, which increases our fee revenue.
- We do not receive compensation from third parties (such as 12b-1 fees or revenue sharing) for recommending specific investment products.
- We do not offer proprietary investment products.
- Our advisory personnel may recommend securities that they personally own, creating a potential conflict. We address this through our Code of Ethics, which requires pre-clearance and reporting of personal securities transactions.
- We may recommend the services of unaffiliated professionals (attorneys, accountants, insurance agents) with whom we have referral relationships. Any compensation we receive in connection with such referrals is disclosed to you in writing.
